We understand that sometimes customers make last minute requests, but if possible we strongly encourage that orders are placed On Hold to help stop them from processing on our end. Once an order has Shipped, we have limited options but we are happy to do what we can to help provide the best customer experience possible!
Orders shipped via FedEx:
•Recall a shipped package: We can request that FedEx return a package to us, if you were to need to put a stop on a shipped order. However, all order fees will be collected for the order as processed.
•Address Update: We can update the address within the same state after shipping, with a $23 fee billed to your organization.
•Hold at Location [HAL]: FedEx offers free re-routing to an On-Site location, and we’re happy to help find the most convenient spot for your customers! The recipient just needs a valid ID matching the shipping name and the tracking info.
Please note that once shipped, the shipping method can’t be changed.
Orders shipped via USPS:
•Once a package is shipped through USPS, we can’t request address updates, shipping method updates, hold at location, or returns. The package will continue its journey to the original address. For more reliable service, we always recommend choosing FedEx when possible!
