At Honeybee, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and some patients may require replacement orders due to various reasons such as mis-delivery, unusable products, or unsuccessful treatments.
In such cases, we prioritize our patients' experience and ensure that they receive prompt assistance. We work closely with you and the patient to make the process as seamless as possible, and our team will ensure that a new order is sent out and delivered to the patient without any delay.
Generally speaking, Honeybee will cover the cost of any replacement order needed due to an error on our part or the shipping carrier's part. We will require repayment for any replacement orders needed due to an error on the patient or provider's part.
Use Cases and Who Covers:
| Replacement Reason | Details | Who Covers |
| Carrier Error | The package does not get delivered to the address provided due to an error on the shipping carrier's part (e.g., lost or damaged in transit, delivered to the wrong address). | Honeybee |
| Pharmacy Error |
Honeybee makes an error when dispensing and/or fulfilling the order (e.g., patient receives the wrong quantity of a medication or we ship to the wrong address). • Please note, it is extremely unlikely a patient is not receiving their medication or receives the incorrect medication/quantity, as we thoroughly review each medication prior to shipping. |

| Provider Error | The provider makes an error on the prescriptions before they are sent to Honeybee (e.g., wrong address provided or a certain medication was not e-prescribed). | Provider |
| Patient Error | The patient makes an error when submitting their information to their provider or to Honeybee (e.g., apartment number and/or a "care of" name were not submitted when applicable). | Patient or Provider |
| Virtual Mailbox Issue | The patient provides a virtual mailbox as their shipping address and the order cannot be delivered due to an issue or policy with the virtual mailbox company. • It is critical that patients check with the virtual mailbox company they plan to use before providing us with their address. Many of these companies are not prohibited to ship medication and/or have policies that can prevent proper delivery. |
