Orders shipped via FedEx:
• Address Update: We can update the address within the same state after shipping, with a $23 fee billed to your organization.
• Hold at Location [HAL]: FedEx offers free re-routing to an On-Site location, and we’re happy to help find the most convenient spot for your customers! The recipient just needs a valid ID matching the shipping name and the tracking info.
Orders shipped via USPS:
• Once a package is shipped through USPS, we can’t request address updates, shipping method updates, hold at location, or returns. The package will continue its journey to the original address. For more reliable service, we always recommend choosing FedEx when possible!
