We ship the packages directly to the patient’s home address.
If your patient is unable to receive packages at their home address due to logistical, safety, or privacy reasons, we can ship to a FedEx Hold-At Location for them instead. Please follow this link to locate a Hold-At Location: https://local.fedex.com/en/hold-at-location.
Honeybee is also happy to help find the nearest Hold-At Location as needed. Please reach out to us with the patient's home address and we'll locate the nearest FedEx site for them to pick the order up at.
