Orders

- This section shows all patient orders to date
- Sort by clicking on the column headers or use the filters to drill down your results
- Click on an order line to open order details
- Each order will show the current status:

Processing: The Rxs have been received but Honeybee has not started filling

Filling: The prescriptions are being filled by our pharmacy team

Shipped: The order has been marked as shipped

Delivered: The order has been marked delivered

Canceled: The order was canceled before it was shipped out, usually at the provider or patient's request

On Hold: The order has been placed On Hold

Under Review: A hold has been resolved, the order is in queue for Honeybee to review and process

Invoices

- This section shows all past invoices
- Sort by date, invoice total, due date, or invoice number by clicking the column header
- Click Filter at the top right and set your chosen filters
- Click on any invoice to see a breakdown of orders for that invoice
Metrics

- This section shows different metric reports for your order history
- Choose from different metric reports on the left hand side
