If a patient reports a package as stolen, we strongly suggest having any replacement order be delivered to a Fed Ex Hold at Location (HAL), to ensure the patient can receive their order. Our team would be happy to locate the closest option, and your patient would need a valid ID to pick up the package.
Replacement orders can be submitted through the API or via a new prescription with notes to the pharmacy indicating the reason for the replacement order.
Honeybee is not able to cover the cost of stolen orders, and payment will be required either from the Partner or patient, depending on how your account is configured.
