For patients who cannot receive mail at their home address due to privacy or safety concerns, we can ship to a FedEx Hold-At Location. The closest participating location for your patient can be found here, or you can reach out to our support team and we can help locate one for them!
Most FedEx Hold-At Locations will keep the package for 7 days before returning to sender. The patient will also need a valid ID to pick the order up that matches the name on the shipping label. If they would like someone else to be able to pick up their order, a Care Of (c/o) would be required on the shipping label.
