Create a New Order via Prescription

Locate the Rx you are interested in creating into an order. On the right side of the item in the table you will see “Create Order” if the Rx is New or Active with refills.

  1. Click Create Order
  2. Confirm Shipping and Health Information [this will be what is sent through on the Rx] - if you need to make any adjustments, click on the pencil icon.
  3. Review and confirm order details, click Submit order.
  4. A small toast message will confirm this order was placed successfully 🎉
