From the Prescriptions tab, you will be able to view all prescriptions received as line items in a table.
There are 4 columns that will always be toggled “on”:
- Rx #: This is the Rx # that is printed on labels and visible to the patient when they receive their order. From a support POV this may be what your patients reference.
- Name: Patient name (formatted LastName, FirstName).
- Medication: Name & strength of medication.
- Status:
- Active: Rx is not expired (Rx’s are only valid for 1 calendar year), or deactivated.
- New: Not yet dispensed/ordered for patient.
- Not Active: Prescription is expired/deactivated.
In addition to the 4 permanently visible columns, there are a variety of columns you can add to the table view.
- Rx ID: For our API connected partners, this is the unique Rx ID that we provide in the RX_RECEIVED webhook. This is not visible to the patient.
- Patient ID: This is the unique identifier attributed to a patient.
- DOB
- Provider Name
- Provider Phone
- NDC: This is the NDC that was sent on the ERx and may not match the NDC dispensed for the product.
- GCN: This is the GCN of the NDC that was sent on the ERx. This will match the product dispensed.
- Directions: Directions/sig provided by your prescriber to the patient.
- Quantity: The quantity written on the Rx per dispense - this can vary from the quantity prescribed on an order level.
- Prescribed Date: Date the prescription was written for the patient.
- Refills Remaining: The total refills remaining.
