Order's can be put into an On Hold status by both Honeybee and your organization. On Hold is a broad category that allows Honeybee to communicate to your team any Order Exceptions that may come up, and also allows your support team flexibility to pause orders while making updates.
To view why an order is On Hold, open the order to view the details. At the top of the order, you will see a reason provided, as well as info on what next steps need to be taken to resolve!
Here are the the On Hold Reasons you may see:
Address
- Shipping address missing
- State unavailable
- Shipping address invalid
- Address missing unit #
Pharmacist Clarification
- Prescription Directions Rejected
- Prescription Changes Not Permitted [DAW - dispense as written]
- Allergy Detected
- Drug Interaction Detected
- Refill Too Soon
- Fill Denied
Patient Profile
- Email Missing
- DOB Issue
- Missing or Invalid Identification Details
Order
- Suspected Duplicate
Inventory
- Awaiting Inventory
- Item out of Stock
Payment
- Patient Payment Not Received
