The dashboard allows functionality for your support team to hold and update orders in real time, allowing you control over the order fulfillment process.
Moving orders On Hold will pause any order from being shipped out of our facility. If you are needing to confirm an address, change a shipping speed, or for any reason need to halt the fulfillment of an order, you can use this feature via the dashboard to pause it.
Once you have determined that an order is good to go, you can simply resolve the hold on the dashboard and our team will get to work reviewing and fulfilling the order.
