Orders in Processing, Filling or On Hold statuses allow you to edit the shipping method.
To edit the shipping method:
- Open the order
- Scroll to the shipping section
- Select Edit next to the Shipping header
- A window will pop up allowing you to Edit Shipping Details
- Update to the desired shipping method from your options on the right side.
- Click submit, and you’re all set!
