Orders in Processing, Filling or On Hold statuses allow you to edit the shipping address.
To edit the address:
- Open the order
- Scroll to the shipping section
- Select Edit next to the Shipping header
- A window will pop up allowing you to Edit Shipping Details
- Update the address information on the left side of the of the window
- Click Submit, and you are all set!
Our Address Verification system may flag an address that has been confirmed. If this is the case, and you wish to proceed with the address as is, simply click the Ignore and Update button to override the address entry.
