To resolve the hold on an order:
- Open the order
- On top of the order, select the button Resolve Hold
- A confirmation module will then open, confirming you want to release the hold, and will prompt you to select a reason to resolve the hold.
- Once you have selected the reason, click the Resolve Hold button, and you are good to go! The order will now be in Under Review status, and the Honeybee team will get to work on processing and will reach out if further clarification is needed!
